Wicklow Wolf Honey, I Shrunk the Pils, Honey Pilsner

Brewed in collaboration with Open Hive, this crisp and floral pilsner is infused with Spring Blossom Honey sourced directly from Wicklow Wolf’s own hives. The honey adds a soft sweetness and gentle floral lift to a smooth, balanced body built on classic pilsner malt.
Hopped with Huell Melon and Tettnang, the beer offers subtle aromas of ripe melon, mild spice, and herbal freshness. It’s bright, refreshing, and full of character—easy-drinking but far from ordinary.
A playful nod to a '90s classic and a celebration of sustainable brewing, this limited release is part of Wicklow Wolf’s Endangered Species series.
