A 100% Viognier cuvée from northern parcels of the appellation, grown on biotite granite soils. Aged for 9 months in barrels and large oak vats, it displays a brilliant pale yellow robe. The nose is elegant and expressive, with aromas of white flowers, stone fruits, and a touch of sweet spice. The palate is rich and complex, showcasing Viognier’s finesse and a striking minerality that lends impressive depth.
A cellar-worthy Condrieu, with ageing potential of 8 years and beyond. Perfectly paired with veal sweetbreads and morel mushrooms for a luxurious match.
