A 100% Viognier cuvée from parcels located in the heart of the appellation, grown on muscovite granite soils. Aged for 9 months in barrels and large oak vats, it presents a brilliant golden robe. The nose is complex and intense, with aromas of fresh apricot, quince, and delicate violet florals. The palate is generous and fresh, with layered richness and a fine bitterness that adds length and tension to the finish.
Best enjoyed young, to capture its vibrant fruit expression. A superb apéritif, especially with foie gras toasts, smoked salmon, or cured ham.
