Yves Cuilleron Cote Rotie Madiniere

A 97% Syrah, 3% Viognier blend from the northern reaches of the appellation, rooted in the schist-rich soils of Côte Brune. Deep, pronounced red in colour, the wine opens with a juicy, pepper-laced nose, layered with stewed black fruits and a touch of floral lift from the Viognier. The palate is fresh, ample, and fleshy, with a harmonious interplay of ripe fruit and fine tannins. While beautifully drinkable in its youth, its structure and vibrancy suggest excellent ageing potential—10 years and beyond.
