A 100% Gamay cuvée from vines grown on the Pilat plateau in the Collines Rhodaniennes, where the cool climate and granite soils lend freshness and finesse. Aged for 8 months in barrels, it shows a bright, pale violet hue typical of Gamay. The nose is fragrant and expressive, with notes of pink peppercorn, wild strawberry, peony, and violet. On the palate, it’s lively and juicy, with a charming, fruit-forward character.
Perfect with: grilled meats, white meats, or a generous spread of charcuterie.
