Yves Cuilleron Marsanne Vignes d'a Cote

A 100% Marsanne cuvée from selected parcels within the IGP Collines Rhodaniennes, aged for 8 months—one third in barrels, one third in large oak vats (foudres), and one third in tanks. The wine presents a clear, limpid robe, with a nose reminiscent of a bouquet of white flowers, lifted by citrus notes. On the palate, it’s mineral and generous, with a subtle bitterness that adds length and tension to the finish.
Best enjoyed young, to capture its aromatic freshness. A delightful match for cheese, especially goat’s cheese.
