Yves Cuilleron St Joseph Lyseras Blanc

A 50/50 blend of Roussanne and Marsanne from select plots in the northern communes of the appellation, aged for 9 months in barrels and tuns. Bright yellow in colour, the nose reveals ripe orchard fruits, lifted by notes of citrus zest and a touch of honeyed richness. The palate is both generous and fresh, echoing the fruit-forward character with a subtle mineral tension. Best enjoyed in its youthful aromatic phase, especially alongside a seafood platter or delicate white fish.
