Yves Cuilleron Syrah Les Candives

100% Syrah cuvée from a selection of the estate’s finest IGP parcels, grown on shallow granite soils. Each plot is vinified separately and aged for 8 months in barrels, then blended at bottling. The wine shows a deep, inky black robe, hinting at its intensity. The nose is generous and rustic, with aromas of black and red fruits, cracked pepper, and a touch of liquorice. The palate is fleshy and full, supported by velvety tannins and a core of ripe fruit.
Enjoy young, within 3–4 years, to capture its vibrant fruit character—perfect with grilled meats or charcuterie.
