Yves Cuilleron Syrah Signe

A blend of 85% Syrah and 15% Viognier, co-planted and co-fermented—two traditional Rhône varieties brought together in harmony. Aged for 8 months in barrels, it pours a brilliant violet hue. The nose is expressive and elegant, with aromas of ripe red fruits, soft spice, and floral notes. On the palate, it’s tender and balanced, with a silky texture and generous length.
Enjoy young, ideally within 3–4 years, alongside white meats, grilled white fish, or stuffed vegetables.
