Yves Cuilleron 'Verlieu' 2021

A distinguished white wine from the northern Rhone Valley in France, crafted from 100% Viognier grapes. Produced by renowned winemaker Yves Cuilleron from a single plot in Chavanay, the wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of wooden tuns and barrels. It features a pale yellow color with golden reflections and an expressive nose of white flowers, apricot, and fleshy yellow fruits. On the palate, it is round, silken, and expressive, offering a mineral finish that reinforces its length. Ideal for pairing with seafood, fish in sauce, and aged cheeses.
