A 100% Viognier cuvée from selected parcels within the IGP Collines Rhodaniennes, aged for 8 months—one third in barrels, one third in large oak vats (foudres), and one third in tanks. It pours a brilliant golden hue, with a nose that’s distinctively Viognier: ripe yellow stone fruits and a delicate touch of violet. The palate is juicy and fresh, lifted by a subtle zesty edge that extends the aromatic profile.
Best enjoyed young, either as an apéritif or paired with griddled prawns (gambas à la plancha) for a vibrant, summery match.
