Zinck Crémant d'Alsace Brut
Crafted by Domaine Zinck, a family-run estate based in Eguisheim, this Crémant is made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, and Chardonnay, grown on limestone and clay soils in the foothills of the Vosges. Produced using the traditional method (the same as Champagne), it offers fine bubbles, freshness, and finesse.
Appearance:
Pale gold with a delicate mousse and persistent bubbles. Bright and elegant.
Nose:
Fresh aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus zest, with hints of white flowers, brioche, and almond. Subtle mineral notes add lift.
Palate:
Dry, crisp, and lively, with fine bubbles and refreshing acidity. Flavours of lemon, orchard fruit, and toasted bread are balanced by a creamy texture and clean finish. Elegant and versatile.
Vinification:
Traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle. Aged on lees for added complexity and texture. Minimal dosage to preserve purity and freshness.Pairing:
Perfect as an apéritif, or paired with smoked salmon, sushi, soft cheeses, or light poultry dishes. Also excellent with canapés, tempura, or creamy risottos.
A brilliant example of Alsace Crémant—refined, festive, and effortlessly drinkable. Ideal for toasting or elevating any moment.
