A distinguished red wine from the Carnuntum region of Austria, crafted from 100% Blaufränkisch grapes. Produced by Dorli Muhr from a selection of 20 separate parcels with vines aged between 10 and 35 years, this wine is nicknamed Samt & Seide (Velvet & Silk) to reflect its refined tannin structure. It features an intense nose of fresh sour cherries, forest berries, and delicate herbal spice. On the palate, it is sleek and elegant with vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins, and a long, mineral finish. Ideal for pairing with mushrooms, braised dishes, or gamey meats.
